An administrative penalty of R 5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 1957 Oranjezicht.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
4.1 The gravity is considered to be serious and may pose health and safety risks.
4.2 The extent is minor and occurs within the existing envelope.
Correct numbering sequence in the case officer’s report.
