UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal of conditions 4(a) – 4(d) of Title Deed No T9465/2001 for Erf 120, Bakkershoogte, and conditions 4(c) - 4(d) of Title Deed No T40455/1982 for Erf 121, Bakkershoogte BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
b. The application for deletion of conditions of township establishment for Erf 120, Bakkershoogte, and Erf 121, Bakkershoogte, to permit a single residential development BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
c. The application for consolidation of Erf 120, Bakkershoogte, and Erf 121, Bakkershoogte, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
d. The application for subdivision of the consolidated property into 10 Single Residential Zone I erven, as depicted on plan no 6694/1, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
e. The application for a Consent Use to permit a substation on a Single Residential erf (Portion 8) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
f. The application for Site Development Plan no 120/121-70438544-1 & 120/121-70438544-2, as well as the Landscaping Plan and Architectural Guidelines, for a private residential estate of 7 single residential erven, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
