a. That the application for Council’s consent in terms of a title deed condition, as set out in Annexure A for Erf 115704 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162 of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 115704 Cape Town at Rondebosch, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
