RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application to rezone Remainder Erf 999 Simon’s Town from Limited Use to Subdivisional Area (to permit 2 Transport Zone 2 and 1 Community Zone 1 portions), BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for the subdivision of Remainder Erf 999 Simon’s Town, as per the plan of subdivision LUM/67/999, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. That the application for Council’s approval in terms of Item 162(1) of the Development Management Scheme, to permit the subdivision of Remainder Erf 999 Simon’s Town, as shown on the plan of subdivision LUM/67/999, within a Heritage Protection Overlay Zone, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. That the application for consent in terms of Item 46(b) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a place of assembly on the Remainder of Remainder Erf 999 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
e. That the application for consent in terms of Item 86 of the Development Management Scheme, to permit air rights for Remainder Erf 999 over Remainder Erf 1014 Simon’s Town, for the building’s overhanging eave, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.
f. That the application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Remainder Erf 999 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
