RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY
a. That the application for the subdivision of Erf 7097 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/7097, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 7097 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
7.1.12 The Erf size 2001m2 addresses the concerns of the objector as it will maintain the applicable building lines
