a. That the application for subdivision for Erf 1913 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/1913, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. That the application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1913 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
Additional Condition
2.8 That no vehicular access will be permitted onto the property over the public open space Erf 1952
