An administrative penalty of R0 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 1445, Vredehoek.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:
1.7 The unauthorized building work was built by the previous owner of the property and none of the work was carried out by the current owner.
