UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for a consent use to permit a place of entertainment as well as the sale of alcoholic beverages on erf 24784, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan reference no’s. 100sdp; dated 24 January 2019 and 101sdp; dated 24 January 2019, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
7.1.3 The application bears no negative implications and the concerns expressed by the objector have been satisfactorily addressed by the applicant
