UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for Consent for a rooftop Telecommunication Base Station as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 1740 Green Point BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with drawings in Annexure C.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
Add: That the antennae shall not be constructed within 50m of any habitable rooms located at the same or higher height.
