UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 for the unauthorised building work BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 125607, Cape Town in accordance with plans A-G.K/18/08-30 dated August 2018 drawn by Danfour Designs, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
