UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 15 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 11520, Milnerton, in accordance with Drawing No. RVI SC 100; dated NOV 2018, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful structures as listed in this report, and that such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
