Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The removal of the restrictive title deed conditions B(b)8(d)(i) and Condition B(b)8(d)(ii) as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 1410, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The application for amendment of township establishment conditions in respect of erf 1410, Milnerton as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.

For delegated decision by the authorized Official:
c. The application for the common boundary building line departures from 1.5m to 1.35m (as set out in Annexure A) on Erf 1410, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with plan no A100, dated: 19-01-2019, drawn by: Gideon Design Architectural solutions subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
