The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Erf 640 Sea Point East, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
