UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for the deletion of restrictive title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of Erf 2133 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1.3 and 7.1.5 as follows:
7.1.3 The application indirectly promotes City policies including the CTMSDF and Table Bay District Plan.
7.1.5 The proposal to relax the condition of title relating to number of dwellings will not materially or negatively impact the surrounding area
