UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use for a place of instruction (day-care facility) on erf 5093, Parklands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no: AIM-13-5093-C001, dated: 11-03-2013, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. City approval in terms of the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning to permit for a place of instruction on erf 5093, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no: AIM-13-5093-C001, dated: 11-03-2013, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
