An administrative penalty in the amount of R 750.00.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 27841, Parklands, as per plan DWG 2019/7 dated 24 January 2019, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law
