UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 3025, Melkbosch Strand, in accordance with Drawing No. Erf 3025, Melkbosch Strand, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful garage façade; and that such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
