That an administrative penalty in the amount of R4 300 for the unauthorised land use (workshop and office) and R9 200 BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Portion 15 of Farm 725, Joostenbergvlakte be approved in terms of Section 98(b)(i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
