The application for a temporary departure to permit short term rental accommodation at unit 6 (Section 18) on erf 10771, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law (2015), subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Rename 2.2 to ‘Note’ and amend as follows:
Note: The conduct rules from the Body Corporate remain applicable to all short-term rental lessees/occupants
