UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The removal of the restrictive title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of Portion 67 of Cape Farm No. 141, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

b. The application for deletion of the original town establishment conditions as set out in Annexure in respect of Portion 67 of Cape Farm No. 141, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015;

c. The consent use as set out in Annexure A in respect of Portion 67 of Cape Farm No. 141, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

d. The regulation departures as set out in Annexure A in respect of Portion 67 of Cape Farm No. 141, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

e. The application for City approval in order to permit additional rights within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zone for Portion 67 of Cape Farm No. 141, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:

7.2.7 Mitigation measures in the form of a tree mast design will materially soften any negative visual impact
