That the application for a consent use to permit a house shop on Erf 5580 Durbanville, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 (b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions stipulated in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report and added an additional reason that reads as follows:
7.6 Most of the issues raised by the objectors are not relevant criteria for consideration of an application of this nature.
