UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The regulation departure in respect of the first-storey addition as set out in Annexure A on erf 20903, Brooklyn, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no SR 18-03-12-1; dated 12 March 2018, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The consent in terms of clause C.1.1.5 the title deed in respect of the first-storey addition as set out in Annexure A on erf 20903, Brooklyn, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with drawing no SR 18-03-12-1; dated 12 March 2018, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
