a. The subdivision of erf 19589, 5 Venus Circle, Milnerton, into two portions, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and
b. The subdivision of erf 19589, 5 Venus Circle, Milnerton, to create a right-of-way servitude, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
