a. That the application for deletion of the restrictive title deed condition, no. C(4)(b), as stipulated in the title deed no. T31803/2003 in respect of erf 748, Kuilsrivier, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in order to enable the proposed construction of a 2nd dwelling.
