An administrative penalty in the amount of R 250.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 35363, Milnerton in accordance with drawing no: dhad1018/35363/00101, dated: 30-10-2018, drawn by: David Holliday and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law.
