REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add:
7.1.8 The proposal satisfies the desirability criteria of Section 99(3) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as set out in Sections 6.2.4 and 6.2.5 of the report
