UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 132276 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the Annexure D.
b. The application for City approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 132276 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the Site Development Plan in Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
7.1.5 The proposal will have no material or adverse impact on the rights of surrounding owners as motivated in Section 6.2.5 of the report
