UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2118, Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A in accordance with Annexure D.
b. The application for City approval as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 2118, Green Point, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A in accordance with Annexure D.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

1.5 Item 22 (d) read with Item 42: To permit the covered and uncovered terrace, balustrade and screen wall on the 1st storey, beyond 12 m from the street boundary, to be set back 1.23m in lieu of 3m from the western common boundary.
1.6 Item 22 (d) read with Item 42: To permit the terrace, balustrade and pool on the 1st storey, beyond 12 m from the street boundary, to be set back 0,0 m in lieu of 3 m from the northern common boundary.
