UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erven 118842 and 118843 Cape Town at Maitland, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the Site Development Plan in Annexure C1.
b. The application for consolidation, as set out on Annexure A, for Erven 118842 and 118843 Cape Town at Maitland, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
7.1.2 The application is desirable in terms of Section 99(3) of the By-Law as the land use and built form would be compatible with the immediate area in compliance with the desirability criteria set out in paragraph 6.2.4 of the report
