Resolution details

RESOLVED that:
a. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 590, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the subdivision plan in Annexure C2 and Site Development Plan in Annexure C3.


b. The application for City approvals, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 590, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the subdivision plan in Annexure C2 and Site Development Plan in Annexure C3.

c. The application for subdivision, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 590, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A, in accordance with the subdivision plan in Annexure C2.

d. The application for the deletion of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 590, Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:

7.1.2 The application is desirable in terms of Section 99(3) of the By-Law as the subdivision grain, land use and built form will be compatible with the immediate area as set out in Section 6.2.4 of the report

Amend Annexure A:
Add: Portion 1 shall be developed generally in accordance with the plans shown on folio 1752 of the report

Portion 2 shall be developed generally in accordance with the plans shown on folios 1756 to 1764 of the report
