The application for removal and amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Erf 892 Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend:
7.1.1 The application complies with the minimum threshold requirements set out in Section 99(1) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as motivated in Section 6.1 of the report
