The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend 7.1 as follows:
The application complies with the minimum threshold requirements set out in Section 99 of the Municipal Planning By-Law as set out in Sections 6.2 and 6.3 of the above report.
