UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The relaxation of condition 4(e) of Title Deed T39842/93 applicable to erf 19436, Rugby to permit the storeroom to be 0 metre in lieu of 3.15 metres from the rear boundary and at 0 metre in lieu of 1.57 metres from the lateral boundary BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with drawing no: 094/2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
