Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for City Approval as contained in Annexure A attached in respect of Erf 16594 Cape Town, 25 Portland Road, Salt River, BE APPROVED The subdivision of erf 6191, Parklands, into 12 portions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) in accordance with plan no AX 16.005; dated 19/04/2016, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. City approval to permit development on erf 6191, Parklands within the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning, be granted in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.with conditions contained in Annexure A as per Annexure C.
