UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the subdivision of erf 6622, Parklands into 2 portions measuring 437m2 and 406m2 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan ref: Parklands 6622; dated: 16 February 2018, prepared by FJC Consulting Town planners and Land Surveyors, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for the amendment of conditions in respect of an existing approval granted or deemed to be granted in terms of this By-Law with respect to the deviation from the Parklands Single Residential Design Guidelines to permit a braai room to be 0m in lieu of 1.5m on Portion A along the lateral boundary shared with remainder erf 6622, Parklands, BE APPROVED in terms of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in accordance with the departure plan prepared by Graham Holland Architectural Design attached as Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. City approval in terms of the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zoning on erf 6622, Parklands be granted in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
