The rezoning of erf 755, 6 Zastron Road, Milnerton, Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to Local Business Zoning 1: Intermediate Business (LB1) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
