UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised carport and second dwelling on erf 21124, Wemyss Street, Cape Town, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report
