UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 19993, Milnerton, for the unlawful building work, and such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Correction to report:
3.4 The last sentence to be amended as follows: The owner has therefore contravened Section 35(3) and Item 123(7)(e) of the Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law (2015) as amended.
