An administrative penalty in the amount of R0 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 8494, 52 Broadway Boulevard in accordance with plan no ST&SECPL 01/17 Dated March 2017.
