An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 000.00 for the unauthorized building work, BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of 5027, 8 Orchid Road, Bell Glen, Macassar in accordance with plan no 02/06-2018 Dated 27-06- 2018.
