That an administrative penalty in the amount of R200.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Remainder Erf 60825 Cape Town for the portion of a covered patio in accordance with the plan with Project No 1584/2016 dated Drawing No 01, dated Oct 2016 and drawn by Gary Evans
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s report except reason 6.3 which is amended as follows:
6.3 The extent of the contravention is moderately large.
