That an administrative penalty in the amount of R4500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect Cape Farm 784 Portion 2, Cape Town at Weltevreden Road Philippi in accordance with plan no 17/37 sheet 1-4.
REASONS FOR DECISION:
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out in the planner’s report except reason 3 which is amended as follows
3. The gravity of the contraventions is considered to be serious.
