RESOLVED that:
a. The consent use to permit a house shop on erf 4754, 12 Olive Close, Melkbosstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b)(iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with plan no.: JW0807/OC/198ref1Erf4754HS, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. City approval in terms of the Koeberg Restriction Area Overlay Zone to permit a house shop on erf 4754, 12 Olive Close, Melkbosstrand, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (iii) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A:
2.11 No goods which will be sold from the house shop may be stored in a bedroom or toilet.
