UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for removal of the restrictive title deed conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 5437, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for deletion of the original town establishment conditions as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 5437, Milnerton, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
c. The application for regulation departures as set out in Annexure A in respect of erf 5437, Milnerton BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
d. The application for a departure to permit a second carriage way crossing on erf 5437, Milnerton, be refused in terms of Section 98(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
Amend Annexure A
New 1.2 Amendment of the relevant original township establishment conditions.
Adjust numbering accordingly.
