UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 000.00 for the unauthorised building work BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 19828, Cape Town in accordance with plans 02/19/08 dated July 2018 drawn by P S Design Studio and that such penalty BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.
