UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R 4 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 105207, Sanddrift in accordance with Drawing no. Erf 105207, Sanddrift, attached as Annexure B, for the unlawful second dwelling conversion, and approved in terms of Section 98(b) of the said By-Law (2015).
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to amend as follows:
6.3: For the above reasons, the gravity of the contravention is thus deemed to be moderately serious.
