The application for amendment of restrictive title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 2123 Oranjezicht, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, subject to the condition contained in Annexure A.
