Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the deletion of title deed restrictions as contained in the attached Annexure A in respect of Erf 1133, 25 First Crescent, Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached

b. The application for the deletion of all conditions as contained in the attached Annexure A relating to an existing approval in respect of Erf 1133, 25 First Crescent, Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached.

c. The application for departures as set out in Annexure A, of Erf 1133, 25 First Crescent, Camps Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached in accordance with the plans in Annexure C

Correct numbering accordingly.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report.

Amend Annexure A:
C.6A.I.(b): That only one dwelling and/or guesthouse, together with such outbuildings, as are ordinarily required to be used therewith be erected on this erf, save as provided in condition (c) hereof.

3.2 From Item 137 to permit the provision of 6 parking bays in lieu of 14 parking bays.


4.2 A maximum of 10 guest bedrooms will be accommodated on the property; one additional bedroom shall be reserved for the exclusive use of a staff member
4.3 This guesthouse will have 10 rooms to accommodate 20 guests, one room for a staff member, and the garage used for garaging purposes
