An administrative penalty in the amount of R 2 500.00 for the unauthorised land use (shops) in terms of Section 129 and 42(r) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of erf 5223, 33 Plein Street, Eerste River BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) (i) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
