An administrative penalty in the amount of R 3 000.00 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorised land use and building work on Erf 9044, 13 Fraser Road, Somerset West.
